How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for 25 years, first as Business Computer Center, then as Heartland Technology Solutions. We have a very solid staff, with many having 10-15 years of service.
What is your primary product or service?
We cater to small and medium businesses. Our goal is to make our clients succeed. We do that by making their networks run smoothly and effortlessly. We take care of all IT needs, both large and small.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in networking services when I was in college. I was lucky enough to get in at the ground level of a start up computer support company in 1983, and I've been hooked ever since!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
First of all, our longevity is rare. We have outlasted nearly all of our competitors. The secret is in our focus and sincerity. We truly care about each of our clients, and consider ourselves to be partners, not vendors.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 8 locations in five states - Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. We are always looking for growth opportunities.
