Legal representation of injury victims. Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, and Workers Compensation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've been solving puzzles and investigating occurrences since childhood. Now I apply those same intuitive skills to investigating and prosecuting claims of injured victims.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
No one works harder to find the missing pieces and solve the puzzle than me. I have the sensitivity and intuition to know what is important and where to find it. I spot what the others miss. I don't rely upon a nurse or legal assistant to summarize records. I go over and over and over the records on my own. Numerous times I've found evidence in the record that breaks the case wide open; evidence that the other lawyers and even the medical experts had all overlooked.
